Pricing
How do I check the ststus of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking numbe to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oliviannascloset@gmail.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you accept refunds?
We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations. All sales are final the moment you checkout, we do not offer refunds.
Shipping
My address is wrong, what do I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped we can change it in our system.
Shipping Policy
All orders will process for 4-6 weeks(28-42 business days) before shipping out. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information attached.
Do custom orders take longer?
Yes, because I have to create your custom from scratch they do have a longer processing time that varies depending on the design and style chosen.
Care
Cup Care
Hand wash only in cool or warm water and allow to air dry. Do not soak. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, cooking or freezing.
Clean with non-abrasive sponges to prevent scratching. Do not clean with bleaches or cleaner containing chlorine.
Bamboo Lid Care: Hand wash only. Do not soak.
